Mercer Canyons Chardonnay

A great ‘combo’ Chardonnay of a more familiar classic style of oaky/butter with the newer cleaner crisper non-oak influence. How do we do this? A portion went straight to tank and was fermented dry. Another portion when to oak barrels for fermentation where we hand-stirred the lees. In the end we blended to the two to create this great easy drinking food friendly Chardonnay! Enjoy with chicken tacos mac n’ cheese (homemade or the box variety) and grilled fish. – Mercer Estates
