Eligibility & Timeframe:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unopened condition, with all seals intact and in the original packaging. Requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items: In alignment with industry standards for hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened bottles or products with broken seals
- Items from personalized collections (as indicated on the product page)
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions
- Securely package items in original packaging with RMA clearly marked
- Ship to our facility in Las Vegas using a trackable service
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds:
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refund covers the cost of returned products; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, follow the standard return process and specify the desired product in your initial email. After inspection of the returned item, we will ship the new product, adjusting for any price difference.
