Trig Point Chardonnay

Trig Point’s SingPost Chardonnay lies in a cool and breezy area just west of Sebastopol. this growing region produces a wonderfully bright and refreshing style of Chardonnay with crisp green apple characteristics medium-to-high acidity and good length. The Goldridge soil a fine sandy loam formed in material weathered from weakly consolidated sandstone runs deep to very deep and offers good drainage-perfect for growing Chardonnay. Winemaker’s Notes: Light straw color; citrus melon and wildflower aromas. Shows juicy grapefruit passion-fruit and white peach flavors. Bright and lively within a medium-weight frame low alcohol and just a touch of oak to add complexity. Wine Summary Made from Chardonnay grapes. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged in 15% Allier (Demptos) 100% new medium toast. Aged for 6 months. Bottled unfiltered. – Trig Point
